LIMRA International provides a comprehensive training and support program to help your company optimize use of the ExSel selection system and build a better service or sales team.

Training for executives
Your executives will learn how to use the ExSel system to monitor and analyze key information about testing activity and the candidates being tested, both companywide and by region, center, and/or manager.

Training for ExSel coordinators
ExSel coordinators will learn about the ExSel system and the tests your company implements. This training is designed to help coordinators understand how hiring managers and/or HR personnel will use ExSel to recruit and select new reps more effectively and efficiently. ExSel coordinators will learn how to add and delete ExSel users, review testing activity, and answer common questions about ExSel.

Training for managers, administrators, and other users
Front-line users will learn about the ExSel selection system and the tests your company implements. The training will be customized to help your managers integrate ExSel into your existing selection process.

Ongoing training
We encourage you to periodically schedule training for your new users and ongoing training for current users.

Customer service and support
ExSel users can find answers for many of their questions about how to use ExSel in the online help files. These help files provide you with a single source of up-to-date product information and can be accessed from any PC with an Internet connection.

• The ExSel help file provides general information about how to use the ExSel system, such as how to manage users, administer tests, and view reports.
• Test help files explain each test, how to administer them, how to interpret and use test results, and how to discuss test results with job candidates. They also include tips on interviewing candidates.
