and retirement planning, reviewed validity information from a number of competitors before choosing

After a few years of using the system to recruit new advisors, the company wanted to know if the
Career Profile+ had delivered on what we claimed it would — better retention and higher sales
productivity. What they found was a dramatic increase in the sales commissions advisors earned as
