With this information, your managers can screen out likely failures and more effectively interview people who can be top producers for your company.

Your managers receive reports about each candidate. These reports include a Career Profile score: High-scorers are much more likely to get off to a fast start and succeed in the job. Each report also includes key information about the applicant's attitudes toward the financial services industry and your company, highlighting issues that should be discussed with the candidate. Managers also learn what job characteristics are most important to each candidate.
